Registered Social Worker / Psychotherapist · NIHB Provider
"I used to wonder if I would ever find my way through. Now I know that every hard season was quietly preparing me for this work. Every client I sit with is a privilege I do not take lightly."
Aliza Neger, MSW, Clinical DirectorAliza has been working in the mental health field for nearly twenty years, not because it was a logical career choice, but because life led her here in the most personal way possible. Her own experiences shaped her into the therapist she is today, someone who shows up with warmth, deep empathy, and a genuine understanding of what it means to find your way through hard times.
What clients often notice first is that sessions with Aliza don't feel heavy. She brings lightness, humor, and real human energy into the room. She believes healing doesn't have to be all struggle. Sometimes laughter and levity are just as therapeutic as the deeper work.
Aliza draws from a wide range of evidence-based modalities including EMDR, IFS, DBT, and the Safe and Sound Protocol, weaving them together into an approach that is entirely tailored to each person. No two clients are the same, and neither are their approaches to care. She collaborates with her clients on their goals, gently guiding them toward what she believes will help most while always following their lead.
At the heart of it all, Aliza brings her whole self to this work. After nearly two decades, it still feels like exactly what she was meant to do.
Registered Psychotherapist · ADHD Clinical Services Provider
From an early age, Paul has been naturally drawn to helping others understand their thoughts and build meaningful connections. Over two decades, he has created spaces where people feel truly supported — from hosting gatherings for those who struggle to make social connections to directing an organization that helps individuals leaving high-control societies.
As an educator for twelve years, Paul specialized in working with neurodivergent students, particularly those with ADHD, and children facing challenges in traditional learning environments. His background in curriculum development and individualized learning taught him that everyone deserves an approach tailored to their unique needs.
These experiences form the foundation of Paul's therapy practice — combining his passion for community and connection with evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide compassionate, effective mental health care. Outside of therapy, Paul performs stand-up comedy, which brings genuine warmth and perspective to his work with clients.

Rebecca supports children, adolescents, adults, and families through critical life transitions, and also works with members of the Deaf community — a reflection of the care and intentionality she brings to every aspect of her practice.
